There is always the way to just go to shareit.com and find he product by number, and checkout THAT way! (you can get the number by just hitting the link from the developer's webpage, but not proceeding with purchase)

Erm, you get a secure link as soon as you go to the Checkout at Share-It; not at the 'shopping cart' stage. Just like everywhere else...
