is there any software that can transform any cd track to it's originals track, or at least separate the instruments into several independent tracks ?

Once a cake is baked, you're not going to separate out the sugar and salt from the flour....
(Give computers another 10 or so years and this may change but for right now its just TV and movie fiction.)

I know a software called "Human Brain" that can do the job... 
In some cases, if you have a track where all the instruments has a part where you can hear it solo, you can take a "noise profile" of it and them de-noise to "delete" it... and repeating the operation... Also, if you have very wide frequencyes diffrences betweem instruments, you can split using EQ... but you will found that results are not a bunch of tracks ready to be mixed...
