Arriving in my studio soon: Pet cat. (Your advice?)

I have a cat in my studio and so far no cable chewing, no glasses spilled on my equipment, ...
It is just a bit annoying when the cat decides to lay for a nap on my keyboard when i'm in a middle of a session.
You can use your cat to wipe out the dust out of your gear. Really practical.

vurt,
I would love to hear some incidental music of your cat walking across the keyboard, not unlike my favorite track of yours recently, Ben's magic numbers. Let kitty pick the melody notes either by opening up a track in some sequencer and just waiting or holding kitty at the keyboard and 'forcing' some paw action. I can imagine a light, beardedone kind of dance across the keys, or in the case of a panicked feline, some rapid fire death-metal notes.

Whoa. Empress Schwa is brilliant.
My Rust-cat has a great voice (plus great lungs). You've just inspired me to take some of my videotape of him and get audio samples of his voice from them. (My Sony video recorder records awesome audio. So I use it as my audio sample recorder).
Anyway, I think I'm gonna audition Rust as my new lead singer. Thanks for the inspiration! He's already the star of many of my video productions! Not to mention one of my favorite models for photography.
