yes there's something f**ked up with the pan, it should be really dumb but I can't manage to find it.soundsubs wrote:mdsp: finally got it working with Sonar, by checking the "use as instrument"... and i love this! last night i was playing with loops, vocals, ENTIRE MIXES!!!, and live vocals and damn, this is THE plugin for messing things up, in a somewhat controlled manner. i have no idea how it does what it does. i cant tell if it works by measure or some division. i noticed that some of the parameters dont respond linearly to the controls, i suppose you intended that. i'll bet you didnt expect this kind of reaction from a beta!

otherwise, amp is linear gain and not dB, I've put it there because I knew there will be people asking for it but I really seldom use it.
BTW for the pitch shift, pan and amp, don't expect it to be stay constant,
each rolls gets a start and end [pitch, pan, amp] randomly distributed between their min/max,
and are linearly interpolated.
for causality reasons initialpitch of rolls is forced to zero (I know that for downard pitch shift it could start with something not zero but it won't work for upward pitch-shift, so it's now forced to zero)
so each roll is really a continuous parameter gesture, instead of a static setting.
