ChordSpace. Something from nuffink.

I spent some hours mesmerized with this in FL5 (latest demo - 5.0.2c) before trying it out with my usual hosts.

Here's the procedure:

- Load up Chordspace, let's say as an effect in a mixer channel

- from the dropdown menu below the icon on the left top, choose "show MIDI output" and choose a suitable output port, let's say 2

- load up an instrument, and assign its input (which is shown by default) port to the same, 2 in this case

- press one of those funky hexagram symbols in Chordspace and it outputs a note

i tried that, but still no sound.
is there something in the general setting to check?

try this , then ...

01.] insert CS , as a channel insert ...
02.] set midi out port of CS to (03) ...
03.] insert a vsti , as a channel insert ...
04.] set midi in port of vsti to (03) ...

channel or effect, it doesn't change anything here.
i've checked the midi in/out ports, all is correctly set up. when i play the vsti with my usual midi controller i hear the sound, when i switch to CS interface and press the hexagones, nothing is to be heard.

i'm usins FLS 5.0.0 BTW (currently downloading the last version, but i doubt it'll resolve my problem)

@pHz: thanks again, I got it working and eXT isn't that bad of a work around to use this very cool plug! Now to try and break it tonight to make my tester status worthwhile
