I dislike most poetry but this is powerful stuff. *hem* Seem to have got some sea spray in my eye. Pardon.

Hovmod: Sure thing.

Millie (my mate) was driving home when they played this, and steeled herself for something sad and strong. When she got here she remarked that lots of people wax poetic, but this was the first she'd heard someone waning poetic.

Came in the mail yesterday. Fantastic. Much more stoner rock than I was expecting, but as great all round as it gets. Now I have to get the one on tUmUlt from last year (which is even more stoner, that big repeating riff).
Yeah, but it's a reaaallly good riff. Have to be, when there's nearly an hour of it.
I keep hoping someone will repress the dozen or so Skullflower discs that are out of print. I've only managed to collect five, and it's just about the only rock music that I really love.

Just now listening to the sound of duelling Tibetan thighbones given the crusherX treatment.

Dive -- Al Mackey

Started playing Mackey songs just after posting the "I'm being repressed" pic, for reasons which would be obscure to all but some of his online friends from some time ago. :-)

The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.
