Try BuzComp CP1 -> LT1.

BuzComp bundle is not freeware. but is very cheap. (bundle: 49$) :)
You don't need BuzMaxi, and any other "transparent" comps.

..yeah that pretty much did the trick. Thanx RNr.
There was however a few slight horizonal clippage on the peaks due to the LT1 after the CP1. Great sound though when mixing the two :)

Sorry, I corrected the example of the setting.

Use the Input level of CP1 as "total makeup level".

Compressors are very delicate :wink:

Perfect! :wink:

Those last settings kept all my peaks "soft" limited without being clipped off, as well as raising the surrounding material. The only runner-up that i could tell limited the peaks just as well was Golden Peak-Pressor, but it's more expensive.
