No songs, just mechanism noises. Maybe some hum to emulate amps left in rough surroundings without maintenance for years on end. Yes, I'm sure that's it.

After all, to put all those collected recordings in there, just think of how much it would cost in royalties. Why, just Minnie Moore would cost millions! (Minnie is on every Advertised On TV song collection ever sold -- she's the last name they mention.)

Is it the eagerly awaited....

Squids Tron Collection 2?

it seems all the sounds mentioned have been given the tron treatment (strings, organs, percussion - not sure about the pan flute though)

No, but Wurlitzer did also make harps (there's one on GPO)...is it a pan flute and harp collection? Plucked things and blowy things? Can't see the connection myself...
Sounds from Heaven? No. This is not a New Agey Harps and Flutes library. Some of the sounds in it even have distortion. Some acoustic and some electric.

I don't know if there is a pan flute ever made for Chamberlin or Mellotron. I guess saying that means that I am not talking about Squids Tron Collection 2. However, I have mentioned that we have enough material to do one. It could take a while though.

No, this is different. It's not incredibly esoteric. It is something almost everyone can use. It's versatile and good for songwriting. Some people have been waiting a long time for something like this.

My final offer (possibly)

Not a GM bank...not an Organ bank ...
Errr...
Band in a box type of thing...backing 'band' for songwriters...

Or it's Ian Andersons musical codpiece (!?*)

Perhaps an adaptation of material from American Heartland and World Traveller to the different soft synth formats?

Can't get GM financing at a bank, only at your local General Motors dealer.
not an Organ bank ...
Agreed -- not with so many people waiting for transplants.

Can't guess, so maybe it's time we all Visualized Wurlitzered Peas!

That would be nice.

Happiness is the hidden behind the obvious.

If you want sounds from American Heartland and World Traveler plus more like that in SampleTank and other soft synth formats then you'll be happy to know that they'll soon be available for download on www.esoundz.com

But, that's not this product. If you want to guess then be careful not to rule anything anyone else says except me. There are clues within this thread. Good luck! I am enjoying it too. ;)

Squids,

I found a web site from a google search that has the Claviola and other instruments pictured...

...they even have a helicopter made from a Werli Organ!!

...is this the crazy collection of sounds that you're releasing?

It's funny because when you hear what this product is it isn't nearly as quirky and esoteric as the things you guys have brought up. But, yes, that is in the works too... complete with Claviolas, Claviolines, Stylophones and other assorted rarities. ;) Maybe we'll do a group buy on THAT one instead. But, still, this other one (the one the thread is about) is just something useful and a good collection to have for a variety of formats.
