Cd-rom tutorials where a track is being built up?

Hi!

I was recently watching a tutorial cd for the app Reason. Even though it was intended to explain the software it did this by biulding up a technotype song and while doing so it covered a few typical arrangement techniques for that type of music.

My question is, does anyone know of any good cdrom/video/dvd tutorials where you can see a track of e.g. a typical RnB song being built up in a common software such as Cubase or Logic. (it does not have to be RnB, I'm interested in all different types of music)

Even though it might not be very original it would be very helpful.
