Does anybody know of a host that can just sit and process any audio about to be played by my comp? I'm playing with Traktor, but want to use VST effects. If not, what is some other good DJ software that I can use mp3's and VST effects?

Hey

Yeah I'm tryin something similar, I wanna route out 2 stereo channels intenally from traktor and into ableton. Then use FX like supatrigga/fast fx etc on those channels in ableton.

Now I've found a couple plugs that will let you route audio between applications.

Jack and Soundflower, but they are Mac OSX only.
Which aint good for me as i'm not on Mac.

So i'm currently looking for something similar for Windows.

But if your mac, let me know if it works !!

Hey

For some reason the virtual Audio Cable (VAC), just wont work in Traktor. Just shows up on the channel outputs as not available - Comp see's it and everything, and it works fine in other Apps.

Any idea's ?

Does anyone know of apps that route virtual audio around, that work in XP ?
