Anyone have problems with stuck notes: ReWire and Giga 3.1?

I'm bawling on a couple other forums so I thought I'd try here. I discovered that, in Tracktion 2 with Gigastudio 3.1 ReWired, when I stop the transport on a sequence clip, whatever note or chord is there sticks on. It doesn't do this with VSTi's. Apparently it isn't sending an all notes off message when transport is stopped, as it should. It does send it when the end of clip is reached, though.

Anyone have a similar problem ReWiring GS 3.1 into their hosts? I'm not getting any responses in the Tracktion forum so I'm wondering if this can be traced more to GS3 itself or even ReWire.
