How do I grab/get screenshots of my host program, as I want to send some examples to a friend of stuff easier seen than explained.

use the PrintScreen key on your pc keyboard. Then open a pciture editor and paste it there.

[PrtScr] captures the entire screen, [Alt]+[PrtScr] captures the window in focus.
