For what purpose? For musical keyboard, neither. For sitting at a computer desk, neither. For sitting by a fireplace smoking a pipe, chair "a".

b is groovy looking, but a would be my choice. it looks far more comfy and comes with an ottoman. feet up = good.

Tough call. B is a lovely chair to see but I know from experience that sitting in A is pure bliss.

b for me.

I've sat in both. A is too tight and I dislike the wood.
I've studied for long hours at a time in B, and I love the look.

Neither are any good at a desk.
