i used to have a free effect that did amonst other things, hum, crackle, scratches and things, a sort of vinyl noise simulator
i've deleted it at some point and i could do with a new one, what does anyone suggest.

Any Reason users here? I've just made a small Combinator refill based on this idea. It was partly inspired by the Izotope vinyl plug-in & the end groove loops you get on records. I recorded end loops, chopped up the samples into individual sounds & loaded them into an NN-XT sampler. I then triggered these samples with Matrix gate events & programmed various patterns. These patterns can obviously be re-arranged meaning you can create an infinite number of grooves (excuse the pun) from the samples. You can download the Refill (2.12MB) from the Combinator HQ website
