left-click to enter a note
(click-drag the main part of a note to move it around)
(click-drag the whote bar at the end of a note to change its length)
click-del to delete a note
right-click to adjust velocity of a note
... once your pattern is as you want it click OK to go back the the synth / samplers GUI where you can PLAY your pattern and adjust the sound to your liking ... once happy hit RENDER & GO and the pattern youve just created will then appear in the drop-down list for each sequencer track in the main tu2 GUI ...

You use the sample manager to pick waves. Then you tell the sample manager if you want to loop, one-shot or other choices. Then you go to the piano roll editor, pick what wav sample you want to use, put it on the editor window, and repeat this with the other wavs you want to use. You can put the wavs in different channels if you want so you can use the gate mask and other effects in different ways on different samples. You can figure it out from there. My best use is to import wavs from a recording project already under way and set them as one shots so I can use Tu2 to render an effects mix of my recording project.

Also the original poster can get a lot from the Yahoo Tuaregs group. I think there are some posted conversations right now where new users explain how they use Tu2.

I haven't had that problem. Maybe uninstall, restart and reinstall and make sure you use the default directory names in the new install.(?)
