we've got the dvd's from seasons 65-67..watched them hundreds of times already, and every time I hear that theme, I'm a twelve year old kid again, in love with diana rigg.

pretty much the same here, just starting to re-watch the Mrs Peel episodes of the Avengers decades later on DVD, and they are deliciously excellent!

and of course at 45 in 2005 I can appreciate it so much more than as a kid ;)

OH, back to the 'remit' of the thread ... not doing a structured playlist ... really like some tracks by Linkin Park from time to time for the duophonic male flavor (lyrical sensitive flights versus toughen up and deal with stuff)

"somewhere I belong" and "in the end" are my favorites, although perhaps the kids of today are probably ok and feel at home and are worried about their elders, groovin to the 1.37 remix of 11:11 a la Stevie Habanero (although I have a feeling they would giggle at those numbers and ratios)

Sigur Ros - ( )

Track 8 is one of the best songs I have ever heard. Anybody else a fan?

I absolutely love it. I've never been able to see them live since it always sells out so quickly. I like listening to them mostly on my headphones. My wife says the music is too beautiful and always makes her cry.
Your very silence shows you agree.-Euripides

well this is completely out of order, but in very recent times as well as times before:

S. Wonder: As
S. Wonder: Living for the city
S. Wonder: Don't you worry
War: Low rider
Doobie Brothers: Black water

more in enjoyment than in prognostication

It is almost too beautiful...apparently their new album is the best thing they have done, according to some people that have heard it, but it doesn't get released for a while still. I have had a few amazing experiences listening to ( ) in the middle of the night camping out in the northern California redwoods through my HD580s...just staring up at the stars or watching the fire was incredible.

I get to see them live for the 1st time October 1, I'm very excited!!

Oh now listening to Lusine - Push EP
