It's in the TinyFX bundle, but does not have a tie function. Has envelope for steps, and a great mutate function, though.

Sonicbyte's Gat'R is still the best I've used, and has additional FX built in.

What is the tie function in a ternce gate?

I would guess that a tie function would just extend the duration of the gate over two steps.
