I've downloaded Mat's excellent sounding soundfont from www.sf2midi.com. Unfortunatly, when I hold a note, it will abruptly cut out after a second or two. The weird thing is, the same notes will cut out after different lengths of time. I'm using sfz, none of my other sound fonts have this problem, nor any other VSTi's. I havent been able to find any posts about this, has anyone elses encounterd this problem? If so, any solutions to it?

You could try the bigger brother of Mat’s Grand GigaFont and convert it to SoundFont.

You can get that from large file section at the Auditorium (click my sig n follow the links)

red_diant, the reason for this would be that the samples aren't looped. And yes, I recommend the GS patch from Spe3Ds site too, it's got full sustained samples, and a lot of them too.

Yes, definately worth the download. I uploaded that patch because so many people wanted it and it had a very good review from those that downloaded. Spend the time downloading, as that's the only place you can get it any more to my knowledge.
