Anybody ever had problem contacting precision sounds

Has anybody ever had problem contacting precision sounds. I have got a problem with an order I made with them, I do not want to discuss the details as I do not want this to be seen as bad mouthing. However, I have contacted them three times about it and have not had a single reply. I just hope that they are on holiday or something.
