Big music stores in Nevada or Arizona?

I live in LA and I'm looking for a store outside of Cali where I won't have to pay taxes, but also where I won't have to wait 7 days for UPS to deliver it from the East Coast, where almost ALL of the big online retailers are at. It can't be a big chain like Sam Ash or GC because they will just ship from the East Coast even if I call the local store.

I don't know how their prices are, I don't shop there.
They are not web oriented but you can call their toll free number.
I doubt you will get better prices then the on-line stores in NY.
