Using Logic Pro 6.4.3 & would like to use my RTA plug-ins. Anyone know if RTAs can be converted into AUs, or imported into Logic Pro 6

no, and there probably never will be one.
RTAS only works in ProTools.. while it is techically very possible, it would be against digidesign's wishes to make a wrapper to use RTAS plugins elsewhere (the wrapper would be illegal to create).
