Galadriel sound effect (when she speaks to Frodo)

Hi, I would like to know how can I make the effect when galadriel Speaks to frodo and wants the ring in the First Chapter of Lord of the rings. Is it a Tape Delay?

Whispering + reverb + delay
maybe some reverse reverb as well, don't quite recall exactly how it sounds when she speaks to him in his head.

It's mentioned somewhere in the DVD extras: I seem to remember it being a combination of natural voice, whispering and pitchshift with timestretch. Best of luck replicating it
