Something that I forget to mention, but REALLY love in Tracktion and use (and not a single sequencer I've tried does it).. is the ability to layer midi and audio clips with transparency. I use that feature all the time to snag groves and what not. It's just great at stuff like this! Fortunately, this is the way I tend to work.. so I'm pretty happy. Granted, not everything is perfect (and tha'ts why I own eXT too).. but it's def good at what the author was asking... AUDIO.
