Hi,

does anyone know of something that will do this?

what I am looking for is I have a sound coming out of my laptop and I want to change the pitch of that sound with hardware. (even slow it down or speed it up if possible)

I used to have a digitech VoFX box and I seem to remember it having a pitch shifter, but it didn't change the speed of the sound, only pitch.

Something like a Tape Delay sim with feedback set to infinity and a tape speed control may do this trick...
