i can't seem to make the enveloping work on this. i have tried running some different drums and things through it in AudioMulch. i have no way to open/read RTF files, and the GUI is not intuitive. to me a more logical way of handling things would be using MIDI learn for your CC mapping and then putting control-specific tips in the tooltips text. nice About box though. if you don't mind my asking, how was that done?

the EMV works just fine, basically the same method as 303 filter (adjusts the amount of filter)

? wordpad opens rtf at the very least.
and the GUI is not intuitive.
I dont how how it could be any more simple.

most control surfaces afaik use standard mappings

74 cutoff 71 reso etc
nice About box though. if you don't mind my asking, how was that done?
simple, when saving as VST enter the info you want.

hey, i didn't say all that! ok, just kidding :) but seriously, i don't have WordPad on this system, and this is the only situation i've ever run into where this has been an issue. for a commercial product i don't think it's totally unreasonable to expect a CHM file, but meh.
as to the actual criticisms, i find that the displayed numeric ranges of the Env knobs to be weird and counter-intuitive. if they do the same thing then they should display the same numeric range. if you're using SubControls to do your knobs and whatnot it would be relatively painless to "nice up" the displays without reducing the CPU efficiency of the overall unit in any real way, and such a change wouldn't render the new version incompatible with old presets, but that's really up to you.
i think it's fairly rediculous that you feel someone would pay for this plugin when there are superior free ones available. just off the top of my head, Prosoniq Northpole kicks your plugin's ass. oh well, good luck

Post

thanks

not that I need any.

if you dont like it, ignore it, dealt with.
