Meme propogation at work.

Something tells me he does anyway. I hope it results in a few folk at least questioning the depth of referentialism in their lives and the obstacles to free thinking/living that presents.Sicklecell666 wrote:Meme propogation at work.

In honour of the 'xoxos passing through' thread in Off Topic, and in the spirit of meme propagation, I momentarily channeled xoxos-speak of yore. Can't promise I won't do it again.Sicklecell666 wrote:Wow, Steve..that sounded reeeaaallly lofty.
But still, I hope in making these things available, it all isn't just received as "Ooh, novelty."

that's what i was hoping - can anyone tell me how to do this in FL?tuz wrote:it's like cubebreath but you can assign your own choice of instruments.fabi the underachiever wrote:what kind of a plug is midibreath, if i may ask? i haven't been able to find in the menues upper right, nor information on xoxos' old site...
I have gotten as far as specifying a midi out port for midi breath (#5) and selected midi in ports for two vsti's (#5, again, naturally).
So I do get some sound, but I don't understand how to specify which vst to belong to which part in midibreath... sorry to be vague.
alternatively you can tell me to fuk off, but advice would be great.

How can a burglary and a mouse problem equate leaving computer music without a trace?
I've been through worse and I know others have too. Wasn't there a guy a few years back who lost his arm suddenly (steve someone?) I think he's still pumping out music stuff.
Come on xoxos! Buck up! Pull your self together, buy some rat poison, brush your sholders off, ask for help. We'r all here for you. You need a new computer. I got an really old one I could donate.

I think you might mean Scot Solida, who lost use of his right hand after a car accident (I believe he's regained at least limited use of it through physiotherapy).
But I don't think the theft was the issue. Prior to the theft, xoxos had announced he was packing it in because he was broke and wouldn't have Internet access any longer. I think the theft was just icing on the cake. From the sounds of things, I think he was also moving out of his home without having a new one to go to.
