if you're talking boogex...I agree, I have the first one too, but I use boogex on my bass samples...I would love to see a 15"/4x10 impulse, but the 4x10 ones sound good mixed with a dry signal...;)

that's exactly what I use boogex for...I dont need anymore amp sims...POD and a Sansamp GT2 work awesome for me...I never thought of boosting vox, but I do use voxformer...in fact boosting my vox could be seen as cruel and unusual punishment :hihi: I will try it on drums too though...I use dfh 1 and I just ordered the add on pack...thanx again Ron... :D

I like the tube amp as well, I've used it quite a bit for subtle warming of tracks. But Boogex will be used on all my drum tracks from now on, I love what it can do to drums.

on drums and boogex, what do you do with it? mix with dry?

The tube amp comes in handy. I love Boogex, it's become my default convolution processor lately. It's really nice to approach a convolution effect as an amp processor rather than in the context of a reverb.

is it possible to get more convolutions for download?

Yeah, I've been really digging Boogex lately too. It's great on drums and I like it for crunch sounds on guitar too. I havent tried tube amp yet so I will now. Thanks for the tip rpc.

Google 'Noisevault' or 'free impulse response' or search KVR, there have been a few threads, or you can make your own, which is excellent especially for special effects.
