if you're talking boogex...I agree, I have the first one too, but I use boogex on my bass samples...I would love to see a 15"/4x10 impulse, but the 4x10 ones sound good mixed with a dry signal...rpc9943 wrote:hey ive been using tube amp on every track when mixing now, its a pretty good one, what do you think?

I have that, but haven't really tried it, I suggested it to my son for his guitarist...thanks for the heads up, I'm gonna switch it out with boogex and see how it sounds tonite...
that's exactly what I use boogex for...I dont need anymore amp sims...POD and a Sansamp GT2 work awesome for me...I never thought of boosting vox, but I do use voxformer...in fact boosting my vox could be seen as cruel and unusual punishmentrpc9943 wrote:im not talking for guitars amp sims etc, its for boosting signals like drums, vocals, guitar as well...

that's what I do on bass...rpc9943 wrote:on drums and boogex, what do you do with it? mix with dry?
Google 'Noisevault' or 'free impulse response' or search KVR, there have been a few threads, or you can make your own, which is excellent especially for special effects.rpc9943 wrote:is it possible to get more convolutions for download?
