Just so I know. Can the latency be adjusted for real time play? The range is the fifth below to an octave above. Right?

Any issue with eXT. I got no sound in eXT but signal was working fine when bypassed.

is there any other HW gear doing this? even not for more than 1000 GBP :)

The latency is fixed at about 80 ms.
Range is 1 octave up to 1 octave down from the GUI. Under MIDI control you can do more though.

There may be a problem in eXT if it doesn't provide the normal transport control information. 'Choir Boy' will not process any data unless the host indicates that the transport is playing. This may be a problem for eXT.

I think 10-13ms latency for guitar is fine,
but 80ms is unplayable.

:D

Hey Rene!
What about a Harmonzier from your hands?

Post

Eventide Harmonizer is the best ! So a plug based on it will be idem dito ! (Confusius, or was it me ?)
Carpo diem ergo sum !

Pretty much every multiFX that Digitech has made in the last few years has intelligent harmonizing.
It aint Eventide, but it can be pretty usable...

Steve Vai used an Eventide Harmonizer. See.

Discord does what you are looking for. It's only $39. And if you don't like the results, just send an email to the devs, and they'll sort you out.
That's nice information, thanks. And sad I already got a name here, because what do you think of MORLEY BAD HORSIE WAH WAH  . That's nice. You go to your new girlfriend and tell her, playing a first chord on your guitar,
- now I'll show you what art is, with my MORLEY BAD HORSIE WAH WAH...

I used a BOSS GT-6 on this - sadly, that is not NuBi in the background ;)

peace,

The original post said nothing about using it real time.

It's kind of implicit to the concept of a guitar harmonizer.

Earlier, someone mentioned 'Discord' but I didn't see it in the database...

...any ideas of manufacturer/developer? :help:
