any one know any good sites to buy drum samples..preferable one shot drum hits no riffs in wav. format
ive been to modernbeats.com but they sell stuff that ive heard before and i dont think i want that...
any suggestions

deep kicks...video gamey snares...thinking of sampling some old genesis stuff...all the stuff that i see available are resample blaze,west,neptunes, etc. But where are they getting their drums from...i know they all dont have drummers or do they?

That's a question my friend. I also tried modernbeats, and onestopbeats, some good hits in there, some stuff i probably will never use and some other rubbish in there.
All in all they're not bad, but in my opinion they don't seel what they advertise. They all sell the same sounds, rehashed and revamped somewhat, but still not really new and unheard before stuff. That's why i decided to make my own collection.
Surely it's hard work but it's paying out now. Wonder if i could sell them hits : )

It includes some real different style stuff that may interest you. It is very video game like and different from most TR909 type stuff, but yet it still has some of that flavor in there too.
