Manytone, great work, just one question. Im unsure how the crossgrade works. If I were to purchase Manystation now, how much discount can I get on the ManyGuitar? I am interested in both. Also, will Manystation be able to load ManyGuitars soundset or vice versa? Thanks.

"BTW: New ManyStation orders received now will also get the crossgrade price! (Our Bundle sale price is still up now too so you can get ManyStation and UBK on sale now which will all load into this new ManyGuitar and you would get the ManyGuitar for $49.99 when released.) Are we Crazy? Yes we are!"

Wow. Manytone (great samples) + Dash (innovative synth) + Amoebe (sexy looks) = definitely must have!

Looks pretty, plus functional and comes with Manytone backing = got to be good. Bit of an exciting development too, I think its going to be the ‘go to virtual guitar’ plus with the on board fx and the ability to load user samples (correct me if I am wrong there) its going to be another killer app imo.

Best regards,

Spe3d

How about calling it the MAD consortium?

Would it be possible to have a demo for the ManyGuitar VST only (i.e. no samples)? I want to try some Manystation sounds through it before I buy. :)

Hi all
Thanks again for all the comments.

Spe3D - Yes you will be able to make your own multisample sets from your own wavs that will load into it. Thanks for the Kind words!!

mmental - Yes max is right ...you would get ManyGuitar for $49.99 (limited time) as a crossgrade price if you own ManyStation. This is because the full version ($89.99) of ManyGuitar includes the Guitar and Bass sets from ManyStation. This so new users who are not interested in our synth workstation can get all our Guitars and Basses for this product.

We still even have the special bundle Price on right now for ManyStation and UBK (Ultimate Bass Kit). This will end soon ...even though our website says it ended on the 15th of August, the Order page still has the link up for the special price untill i find my webmaster ;-)

So now is the time to get the best deal on all our stuff as then you also get ManyGuitar and all the new Samplesets that come with it for only $49.99.
And with everyone raving already about our Guitars and Basses and the UBK you may be sorry to miss out ... :-)

Also yes ManyGuitar will load all ManyStation sets and Visa Versa.

cyanogen - We will have a demo of some sort for this but i cannot say yet what we will have nor what limitations it may have. Still need to sort this.

Okay ...
Back to work :-)

Which is? $49.99 upgrade? Or I thought you might have some newer news.

BTW Paul, what is the ratio between content reused from Manystation vs. new content in Manyguitar? 50/50?

And hopefully you'll have some mp3s for us soon? :D

Post

Colour me interested!!! :o

Is Ultimate Bass Kit a part of this? If so, any discount for owners?

Hi Guys
Floyd - We announced the release date and the fact that the $49.99 crossgrade for ManyStation users is available till the end of the year.

There is about 500 meg of new content included as well as the approx 600 meg of Guitars and Basses from ManyStation. (off the top of me head so this may vary a touch)

bduffy
None of the Ultimate Bass Kit is in this new product ManyGuitar. Ultimate Bass Kit is a seperate add on product for ManyStation and is the first addon set for ManyGuitar as well. So for that reason there is no crossgrade from UBK. We sure hope all users will want to run the UBK through ManyGuitar and we will eventually have some great presets for UBK in ManyGuitar format too.

MP3s ... Okay ...here are the first 3 i have ready ... Just some quick demos of some of the new sets. ;-)
Yep the new sets :-) and you can hear the amp in action in these also.

So there ya are ... a start...
I have some heavier style demos coming up soon.

Sounds pretty real i thinks :-)

 Well, I can see I'll be joining this bandwagon as well as 'The Wu' itself and the various 'BITR' ventures...Phew. I need to find a money mountain...

You won't be offended ( will you?) if I say that the guitar demoes illustrate a tropism I would love to include in my own (largely guitar-driven) music, namely, that they don't sound like the way hamfisted guitar-slingers play, but rather more like the 'tidy' way keyboardists are always asking them to play... It's a compliment, really, dude. Kinda like if Jan Hammer and Jeff Beck had been playing within the conceptual paradigm of Dire Straits...

And the sounds per se are simply first class, 100% realistic, as one would hope...

Cool, that's what I figured - I look forward to hearing more, trying it out. Thanks for the info.

Heh
funkychickendance - Thanks for the paradigm :-) I can make it play sloppy too like a real Guitarist!
LOL

So ... anybody else check the Mp3s?
Cheers
