Trying to use the ufe extractor thingy for the Special Edition Capsule I bought in the group buy that was around a few months ago.
I am on 10.3.9 - it runs OK for a little, then crashes.
Wot can I do to get these sounds loaded?

Well, after making a bit of noise about this hassle in another topic (now removed because my tone lacked "...respect...") a resolution is at hand. The nice people from Rubber Chicken Software (who made the UFO-se extractor that wasn't working) suggested moving the extractor app to my hard-drive and running it there to see if it would work. I did, and it did.
and hey Squids buddy, you locked my other topic because I wasn't respectful enuf, and you reckoned it would damange your business. I never set out to damage your business, but the simple truth is that I have lost time and money as a result of participating in the group buy for Amplitube, SS and ST. Despite the fact that I had problems with all three of these products, I would never have started that other topic if I had got an answer to this (latest) problem in a reasonably timely fashion.
And finally, respect cuts both ways. It should not take multiple emails and an attention-grabbing post to get help on one of your products, as a customer and fellow human, I deserve a bit of respect too, right?

I have been on KVR since 2001 almost every day of the year. Close to it! I am just taking a week vacation being here. I am even the owner, not a rep. But, that's just this forum. We also have others (Kim seems to be on holiday or something too). The guys are at the office answering support emaiils (and believe me, if you have sent an email to esoundz and have received no reply then PLEASE email me about it so I can investigate... it would not be something we'd do and I'd want to know why, how that was happening)
But, I am glad you solved the problem. We do the UFO with Garth and he is the only one who can tech support issues on it. But, esoundz or SR people will surely follow you up and make sure the problem is solved.

BKK-OZ - I'm glad you got the conversion problem sorted. At least that's one out of three.

Thanx Caleb, my fellow antipodean.
Well, I can now use Amplitube (had to download the AU version) and although its usually too much of a pain, I can use Sonik Synth, by closing all the other windows in DP, so I guess its three-4-three, but with more hassle than I needed!
