hmmmm,it seems that for one reason and another for the next couple of years at least i will be using a g5 with protools

...

anyway what im wondering is,do any of you know any good resources to read up on aforementioned proffessional toolage,would prefer some free and legal webbery pages but if needs be i may well be willing to buy me a book,so come on boys and girls tell me what you know...

Hey Vurt, one of my instructors is a beta tester for Digidesign and he wrote a book recently on PT. If you're interested, it's here:

Maybe you would like it, maybe not. I don't personally have the book(I took the Digidesign certification course), but I've read through some of it and it seems really good. ALot of people I know have it though. Otherwise, just go to Barnes and Noble and sit and read for a few hours. That's free learning for ya! Hope this helps!
