This GUI is simply amazing! One of the most inspiring I´ve ever seen, musically speaking.

Synthpulse and Amoebe are candidates for a kvr "Best GUI makers" award 2005.

Didn't opt for ManyFrets in the end eh? Well, it does what it says on the tin... And what a beautiful tin
Music with dinner is an insult both to the cook and the violinist.

Maybe that name is reserved for the sitar product - just imagine the GUI on that one!

Derek.

Runs manyguitar only on pcs with SSE?
Does anyone knows?

Hi all
First a big thanks for everyones positive comments! Good to hear these.

To answer some of the Questions:
We may have the full fx section as a seperate unit in the future but i cannot say for sure yet. But, we will have another little cool FX unit for free with the purchase of ManyGuitar to start. I will post some screens of it once it is ready. It will come with the Product as a Bonus and is a sweet little Crunchy Mangley type FX. :-)
heh

kpr ... Thanks for the comments .... I felt the same way about the GUI ...that it is inspiring!

ManyFrets .... griels coined that name in the dev stage of this but we went with the ManyGuitar.
ManyFrets will be an addon for ManyGuitar down the road ... It will be various other fretted instruments besides Guitar and Basses. So the name will be used!

About SSE ....just waiting for Luigi to let me know. I will post once i do know for sure.

About nu metal powerchords... There will be a few chord sets in the package but, not extensively covering that style. A full nu Metal set is in the works for an addon sample package. We can't cover that style extensively in the main package as to do that right it will be a Big Bundle of Samples! ManyGuitar is already over 1 gig in size so far, which for the price is really a great bundle of sounds. Rest assured a nu metal set is planned though.

Again Guys ...Thanks!!
Paul

Hi
Yes ManyGuitar will need a PC with SSE.
This means pretty much all PCs will work except some older really outdated ones. Most of you should already have SSE enabled systems.

Beautiful interface and artwork! Is there a fretless sunburst version with spoilers and woofers?

I like "ManyFrets"--Sounds like "A Lot of Worries" but I like it!

Bump for those that missed this :-)
Sneak peak on the first page of this thread of ManyGuitar.

I will be posting some audio demos of the product very soon.

There is no info on our website site yet as this is a preview for KvR.

And a reminder ... All Current and New ManyStation users get a nice intro Discount on this! So now is the time to get your ManyStation or your ManyStation - Ultimate Bass Kit bundle (*It is still on sale untill i find my webmaster to change the prices back, see links and prices on our website purchase page) and then you will qualify to get the new ManyGuitar VSTi and the new Sample content for it when it is released in October for $49.99.

Don't forget ... The UBK (Ultimate Bass Kit) ManyStation version and all ManyStation and Wusik Soundsets will also load into the new ManyGuitar.

As sweet as it looks, I would like to add that Paul's support is even sweeter. If you have a problem he's your pal. He's a musician, so he understands when you do something really stupid with your computer, it's part of the creative process. And doesn't punish you for it. :)

And the many Many products use a simple serial#, no nasty copy protection. And wondrous sounds. And fair prices. Many other vendors could learn from his example.

Thanks for your efforts, Paul. But when will you stop goofing off in the Alberta foothills and release a really good mandolin family of samples?
perception: the stuff reality is made of.

Nice!

Very good looking GUI. Like that.

Best, FRitz
In the end will be the word.

Nice

very nice design

where can I hear the demo mp3s?

Post

Will it have a Reggae/Ska-skank set? You know...like the percussive and scratchy guitar sounds. It would kill if it did.

Nu-metal played on a synth=weak :D :hihi:

Post

Hi Guys
Thanks again for all the comments.
Mandolarian ..... Thanks for the kind words about Manytone.... That is right ... no nasty copy protection here ...

Mandolin samples?... I guess as soon as you stop playing frisbee with the Dog and record some for us :-)
Nearly winter now so i guess this may happen soon ;-)

fritzman and djeddy ... Thanks for the comments on the looks ... I will be posting an mp3 any time now so stay tuned.

SK-1 ... I will work on getting some of the reggae/Ska style as an addon, but not for the initial release. I mean at $89.00 I can't have every guitar sound available in the basic package. (That would take Gigs and Gigs to do ... thus we will have inexpensive style addons).
ManyGuitar will however have much more than $89.00 worth of High Quality Guitar and Bass Samples included with it. (Over 1 gig of Great Guitars and Basses so far!)

I'll post that MP3 demo of a few of the new sets soon.
