Cubase se not in sync with guru???

if i use guru as vst plug for my drums and the z3ta+ for the bassline they are not perfectly in sync.
i mean guru has a little delay. you can hear it but not exactly which of the both plugins.
(there is no effect in use which can be the reason for this problem)
