Just got my copy...installing right now! Can't wait to play with it! I'll let you guys know what I think when I have a chance to play with it.
Zai
P.S. Boy, I hope my 2 sons would take a good afternoon nap so that I have a chance to play!

Well, didn't spend enough time to check the "whole" thing out. But I must say that it does sound a lot different thann EWQSL's Gold that I have. Which is good, different is good...and that I can use them both differently...and maybe together to creat something different. Have you noticed just yet, I like this word..."different".
I especially liked the piano here. Since I'm a piano player, that was the first thing I went and checked out. My "other" favorite is "The One" that came with SS2.
Strings are very warm sounding. Those "solo" patches just brought tears to my eyes. Very expressive. I wish I could change my playing style a little when playing strings...tends to play it like the piano using the padel TOO much! Using the "lagato" style seems to help, but I have to investigate it a little more.
Anyway, very please with the purchase. I wish I could play with it more tonight...don't think I would be though since my 2 boys just had their shots today...one is having a slight fever as we speak. So, I'll have to go tend to the more important things in my life first.

You liked Legato?
I see to only have moderate success with it.
In fact, I find my results kind of unpredictable.
I admit that sometimes it is lovely - but other times....
I haven't had much time to work hard at it though. Too much to do - too little time as usual.

Haven't had a chance to really play with "lagato", but from what I was playing, it sounded more "natural"...somewhat. As I said, I need to investigate it a little more!
Now that my boys are asleep...I can...oh wait, I'm really tired now! Bed time....

The above "words" are the ramblings of a depraved megalomaniac.Any similarity to normal communication is a hallucination on the part of the reader.Replying to this post will result in your family and posessions becoming the property of funkynuts.

It WOULD be good if it could do that so that one could have their auth stored OFF the computer. I personally would like to so I can freely whipe the HD if I need to and not have to reauthorize. That'd be a good reason there. But, as I said, can't be done at the moment.Beardedone wrote:Why, pray tell would you want to do that? What's the safest way to "transfer" my ST2 and SS2 license over to the dongle?

I'm with you Squids. If I could do it I would already have done it.

That's why I use ghost on backup hard drives and CDs/DVDs not dinky dongles. Sorry, but I have met too many people screwed by dongles to trust them.
