macomate88 does this. up to 88 comb filters can be microtuned and set to be velocity sensitive (with ADSR envelopes) to midi input (so up to 88-note polyphony, in theory). there's also a single global feedback which can also be triggered by midi. in addition you can turn up string stifness, making them non-harmonic, and pan them with LFOs. it's SSE only and can be a bit of a resource hog, but i like it

i made some significant updates to macomate88 recently but then my hard drive died and...well... i think the latest code was backed up, but until i get a new computer i won't be doing much more development.
