I've had a quick whip around the FL site but can find no skins to download for FL Studio? Are they not very prevalent or am I not looking in the right places?

The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

about FL's skin...
I can't understand why so many people dislike FL's gui. I love it. Maybe I'd wish some improvements, such as the ability of resizing the different screens (now the mixer will be resizable, which will be great), but the colour and graphics are excellent for me.
however, now that there are many new plugins which are a brighter metal grey, it would ne nice maybe a second skin, based on that style.

There are color schemes for FL, but it's not skinnable in the sense that you can change knobs, make the mixer bigger, that sort of thing.

It was skinnable back at FL 2 from what I remember. That was a long time ago, yes. I've been using it on and off for that long. I don't mind the default GUI, that's not the problem. A change would be nice now and then and there is a feature called 'skin' as part of the program. One would naturally assume it was functional and that there might be a pretty active community surrounding it. But it seems not.
Thanks, I'll check out Looptalk.

Righto...I see what you mean now. Just been reading Gol on Looptalk. I never really go there so it's all new to me.
But like I said, version 1 and 2 used to be fully skinnable and I remember there being quite a few half decent skins. I even had a 'naked' woman skin that moved about. That was quite funny, even if it was too distracting. Lots of pink bits

I would like to see the guys that design the gui of ultrabeat and sculpture creating a complete new gui for FLStudio.
It would be great if FL had that feeling of ultra high-tech!
then yes, it would be the best production tool on the planet!
