in OhmBoyz there is a function in PreDelay called
Sustained Loop
On/Off switch but its awful to control in cubase
so does any one know another plugin that can do the same Sustained Loop thing with On/Off witch works better in cubase?

Audio Damage Ronin. I don't use Cubase, but one of the AD developers has said he does (or Nuendo, whichever, it's all the same thing to me), so I'd guess it works well there.
For something that loops to a buffer rather than works as an echo delay, check out Rekliner's Loopy Llama.

Thanks I did follow your advice and tryed Rekliner's Loopy Llama, but it can only loop 1/1 of the beat. I'm lookin for at plugin that can do eg. 1/4 . 1/3 ..... and so on. But thanks for your advice .
