AM I RETARDED? How do you load .IKMP into SAMPLETANK?

Trying to load a .IKMP into sampletank but I cant seem to find what button or where to do it at. Please help me out here. Thanks. I looked in the booklet but nothing is mentioned.

You have to put your preset here:
C:\Program Files\SampleTank 2\SampleTank 2 Presets
Then it appears in the list on top.

alrite, in my sampletank 2 folder, I only have ST2Image and ST2Pref folders. Then I have all of my Collections (Disk 1-8 + Acoustic Drums and Piano Collection) on a separate partition of the hard drive. Then in sampletank I just set my root folder to that partition. I have all of my Sonik Synth presets in there and they work perfectly and show up in the browser without a problem. But I cant seem to get to read the combi files. I even saved a combi but cant access it. What is the function of the "LOAD" screen between "Save As" and "Delete". I click on it and it does nothing but say Refresh Preset List... ANY IDEA. SQUIDS? Thanks a ton for all your help.
