hi...I was wondering if the effect plug-in spectral monkeyage still exist?
I tried a couple of year ago to get it but never found it.
Its a morphing plugin.
I'd love to find it and try it.
Morphing plugins are very rare.
have a nice day.

It doesn't exist any more. At least it has no home and is no longer updated. Not so much a morphing plugin as a phase vocoder that does pitchshift, spectral dynamics (high/low bands) and spectral blurring (which I think is averaging).
An alternative is Richard Dobson's pvoc plugins.
If you join the Audiomulch user group on Yahoo, there is a copy stored there of I think the final released version of Spectral Monkeyage. Go to the Files section, look for /VST Plugins for Mulch/spectral monkeyage/

A rediscuvery! I didn't know how to use these years ago when they came out, but now they seem simple. (and fun!)An alternative is Richard Dobson's pvoc plugins.

Do you have or know where to get a more recent, less buggy version?shamann wrote:If there are 3 files in the zip, that's an older, buggier version and 2 precursors: x-synth and phasevoc.

Follow the Audiomulch group instructions above, that'll lead you to what I think is the final version (v0.15 both mono and stereo versions). Still a little buggy, but less so.Debutante wrote:Do you have or know where to get a more recent, less buggy version?
