Anyone heard of an artist called Heiko Decosis?

The Knowledge Network, a Canadian TV station plays some nice chill out music late at night when they are off the air. I contacted them and found out the music is by an artist named Heiko Decosis, but they did not know if he had a CD available. I did some searching and it turned up nothing. Anyone ever heard of this artist? I'd really like to hear more of his or her work.
