Some news agencies are pretty tight about their pics or sound bytes. I'm not an expert here, but I just don't know where we will get pics without going to a news site or something. Maybe somebody else knows something I don't. I'm no expert on this.

If you wanna use the image I posted I'll get permission from the MODIS team, but AFAIK that's a tax-supported operation, hence the image is already public domain.
don ... can you confirm this and / or see if we can get permission to use that particular image you posted on page 8 ???

thanks mate ...

(back to potatoshop now i guess)

If we can find a place to do the two CD's, I think it will be way cheaper to do them as the one jewel case with the middle part that swings out, rather than two completely seperate CD's. I'm not sure what ya'll were talking about above. Maybe this is it. But that's probably the only way to go. Like most fairly recent computer games have it.

other things ...

The copyrights in these sound recordings are owned by the respective artists. All rights of the manufacturer and of the owners of the recorded works produced reserved. Unauthorised copying, hiring, lending and broadcasting prohibited
... that OK to use this time too do we think ???

I much prefer it to the first one.
TBH ... i agree its a more interesting standalone image ... but the first one fits what im working on better at the minute ...

I've been wondering about the title also. I like the latter suggestion, so perhaps we can all suggest some titles?

For instance, my thoughts are that the picture of the storm is relevant and we acknowledge the beast, so to speak (and yes I think it's appropriate to do so).

But juxtaposed to the cover pisture should be a title of hope and encouragement?

My thoughts... ;)

I think the Resonance copyright notice is fine.

So anyone have some good titles in mind?

Cheers,
Alex

Could it be a the cover flip? - The butterfly, or a Pheonix maybe?

Could we call it 'The Pheonix Project'?

FYI -"Pheonix" = mythical bird that arises from the ashes....
