Wow that really is awesome!OzoneJunkie wrote:omg, that rox!!! I want to be able to control loop length of samples in a sampler, to do tracker style edits. Now, if that add a loop option and loop length to the slicer, I'd be in heaven.fabi the underachiever wrote:
I am especially excited about this - or what was said about it on the fl forums: as far as i understand not only - as before - can you specify velocity/volume/pan etc per note, but any vst parameter at the bottom of the piano roll.
now, i wonder if that only goes for the synth's controls that are used for that particular pattern, or also effects. that'd be nice. finally per-note control of all parameters right in the piano roll.

Impossible, unless of course you've got enough CPU to handle a synth instantiation, per notesoma wrote:Wow that really is awesome!OzoneJunkie wrote:omg, that rox!!! Not really. The slicer already determines the start point and length (stop point) of the slice. What I want is to be able to say that a slice is looped, and to move the start point and stop points. Basically, I want to be able to have access to parameters that the slicer has internally already.serge wrote:Impossible, unless of course you've got enough CPU to handle a synth instantiation, per notesoma wrote:Wow that really is awesome!OzoneJunkie wrote:omg, that rox!!! i have cubase sx 3, ableton live 5, project 5, acid 5, kinetic, and fls 5...and of all of these, fls 5 boots up the fastest...so that i'm off to work without time for a cuppa...fls is certainly not as finicky with the softies as sx (admittedly, steinberg has eliminated much of this with v. 3) and certainly has better midi handling than live and acid (and is less awkward in workflow that p5)...however, audio file handling leaves something to be desired and the web site is a mess!!!!!!!!!! but, i'll buy version 6 as an upgrade...(when i can find it on their site)!
overthrow KRAPITALISM ! you have nothing to lose but your claims.
