Organization software for sorting samples?

Well, I did a fresh reformat.
Now, I'd like to fill up my hard drive with samples again, but this time with a bit of a difference -- I want them organized this time.
Before, I had a half-assed system of directories that just ended up being a total clusterfuck, and I'd very much appreciate having some software that would help me nicely organize things.

Loophorse is pretty handy.
