Hi,
all you need to do is to add 2 inputs that go then to your mono in.

So the vst will stay mono but host like Cubase SX/Nuendo will work correctly.

Oh, graham please please please could you change the name of 'CorrAmt' to CormorAmt [sic]! There aren't enough VSTparameters named after birds!

I agree about the whole bird/parameter thing, but I believe cormorants eat snappers, so it may not be an appropriate design decision in this particular case.

The result was a loud pop, and then basically quiet, random noise. No audio was really heard (probably becaues the DC offset pushed the alternating voltage beyond the range of the speakers).

I tested it using Plogue Bidule, on a Windows XP Pro Machine. I used my internal soundcard.
Sorry thats not a dc offset, thats a value that shouldnt be played. Bidule add a separate output for each VST that declares initial latency. This output is not meant to be listened to but used to drive a delay line for PDC...

I guess we should make the conenctor a different color or something... But if you place your mouse on this connector, the bottom bidule bar will tell you "Latency in Sample", so thats a cue for the future.

Maybe we should look into an effect that will alter any incoming signal in the style of wild birds..
