Uh that's the banal point of the song. Maybe it's more subtle than I thought.

You're half right in that it's "me me me" - but it's more of a self criticism of arrogance. Look at the trappings of yuppiedom in the video.

Finally, I'd say it's more the fans that claim they invented a genre. Anyways, I think they've got/had their own sound, and With Teeth still sucks.

Huh? They are from the Latin words for "Faith" and "Camp".

An equivalent Anglicized name would be "Faith Chester"
