Tracktion 2 Midi VST's

(edit-scroll down for link to vst's made for midi filtering and such for T2)
i'm using Tracktion 2 as my host/seq...with it, i'm trying to use a Korg ER-1 drum machine to send a single note out, in other words, i want to pick one of the note outs and send only that note to an analog synth for, say, a kick sound (while running and recording a pattern off the ER-1)....i'd like to route it out as a midi controller and abstract the midi note in question...
now that i'm writing this post i just thought of looking in the ER-1 manual to see if i can block all notes but the "kick" note, but still, i'd be cool if T2 has a way to filter out all notes but one on a send...
or: is there a VST midi plug that would do the job?
i know i could also simply sample some kick sounds and assign them to a midi note on a softsampler, but i'd like to do it with my analog stuff so i can tweak while recording..
any ideas would be appreciated...
thanks,
rg

well, i checked, and the ER-1 will NOT allow me to turn off note sends on specific "parts", what korg calls the individual voices that are assigned to midi notes for midi i/o...
i await the infinite KVR wisdom on this matter...it would friggen ROCK.....
it would be cool to lock my drum machine to T2 and trigger my Doepfer for kicks (or whatever) and record the results....
maybe a VST midi filter?
T2 rocks, btw...it's what i needed...ROCKS I TELL YOU!!!

<drums fingers together>
What you need, my friend, is exactly what you yourself suggest-- a VST midi filter.
I unfortunately don't have a link. eXT people will know. They're up on this esoteric stuff. Either NicFit's cool collection, or Niall Moody's stuff is bound to do it.
Wait, instead of being lazy, I have done some Googling. Hope some of this helps.

http://www.niallmoody.com/ndcplugs/ndcmidi.html - Niall's stuff
Look at the top plug-in from Niall's page! Just what the doctor ordered.
Let the rocking and the cries of, "Lunch Money! In you is contained the infinite (or infantile) KvR wisdom!" begin. Gone be the lamenting of the women and the gnashing of the teeth!
