The ability to recover corrupted files.
I hate when after finishing a compostion in FL, and saving, that when I go back to tweak a few things, a message pops up saying: Corrupted file cannot be open (or something to that effect). I really wish that that wouldn't happen.
Does anyone have a cure for that?
Anyway, I'd like to see a better pattern/playlist layout with more elaborative options and I'd like an entire step sequencer copy ability.
I have a knack of compling what I'd like to hear on 4-5 step sequencer patterns, and I'd like the ability to copy entire sections quickly (rather than individual channels).

EDIT: just tested it real quick - yes, it's already possible. right-click on the green thingies, copy, select first instrument in new pattern - paste. all selected instruments got pasted... maybe you wanted something different, though... who knows.
(oh, and an easier way would be, to just copy (i think via ctrl-shift-c) the pattern in the piano roll...)

a shortcut for 'link to controller' would be really useful, though. if something like alt-ctrl-shift-right-click on any parameter would put it into controller/midi-learn, that'd be great. just click on a parameter and tweak... would save a lot of time when setting up a new song...

another option is to go into the piano roll, then clone the pattern you want several of. then you can easily tweak the pattern to create variations. hope this helps...

oops - i said piano roll instead of playlist, so here goes - in the playlist ctrl-shift-c duplicates the selected pattern.
But besides that it should be okay. If you can't get the step sequencer thing to work right away - it is a little stubborn. i tried my best explaining it.

i honestly have NEVER had file corruption with FL and have thousands of FLPs sitting around...
except for the one time my hdd crashed that is.,.. then again, even the mp3s were corrupt.
