Hi Ove,
it's hard for me to tell. The compression sounds relatively clean while it's totally overused to my taste. So really hard to tell. Would you please do something inbetween of this extreme compression and something subtle? Something where the compressor really works but isn't ducking the rest of the mix as in your example. Like this it's hard to say what was annoying to me and what I liked.
Best wishes, FRitz
In the end will be the word.

Sorry, I didn't see the PRICE link on the web site. $35 is like nothing I think. If I like it after some tests, I will buy without hesitating.t-willy wrote:the cl series aren't free, but they do look really cool. i'll have to give them a test drive.punkrockdude wrote:Man, these look really interesting. CL has some subtle maximizing codes and an amplifier.
I think the codes are much more elaborated...and really smooth!

for maximizing i already use ozone...
but for per channel, i really want something wtih low cpu, grancomp is alright i guess in that aspect... feels like somethings missing

the Comp in Wave Arts TrackPlug i like as a good all-around "channel strip" comp.
and look out for v.5 of TrackPlug next month, it has 2 comps!
and its ridiculously cpu lite.
ridiculously!!!

I'm a little late to the party, just picked up the BuzComp CL and Buzcomp MB after enjoying your free plugins for some time! Thanks for the nice mastering sounds & options.
Here's the 5 band Buzcomp - anyone using this bundle?

I'm just getting started with them.
