In your opinion - what is the best VST sampler for drums?

Think of terms like features (mp3, filters, external automation), extendibility (number of channels), robustness, CPU consumption, ease-of-use, etc.

shortcircuit - there are no competitors. beat slicing, rex importing, sound mutating goodness.

BFD is the competition! And totally different at the other hand: ultra-realistic drumkit VSTi.

i agree.... i have been salivating over Shortcircuit for a while. Try the Shortcircuit Free version.... the filters rule.

I saw Attery and I recall not liking it very much.
I will try this Shortcircuit.

Are there any other good samplers out there? Many of them are simply crap....

Hey depends what kinda drums you want

BFD for ultra realistic drums or GURU for more electronic / dance / hip hop kinda stuff.
